Field Trip Procedures
Reserve a time slot online
Fill out a form at the bottom of this page in order to save a time slot on a specific day. You will receive an automated email letting you know that we have received your reservation. If you need to further information before your arrival please call (402) 421-2933
Collect payment
All students and adults need to be included in payment before coming to the window. All adults attending need to pay the school before arriving at Roca Berry Farm. We will accept a school check, credit card, or cash, but it needs to be counted and include all that are attending. Please do not give us personal checks from parents.
Arriving
Please arrive a few minutes prior to your time slot if possible. We will have all students wait outside our due line one teacher will bring payment to our admission windows. We will verify the student and parent counts then your class will be lead into the farm by our staff.

Activities/ Attractions
Enjoy a walk through our kids spook coop, a hayride around the pumpkin patch, and dozens of barnyard activities.
Free Pumpkin
Along with a free hayride to our pumpkin patch you will also receieve a bag for a FREE volleyball-sized or smaller pumpkin found in the patch, will be given to each child.
Hands On Learning
We feel it is important to show our children how our food is grown and what a difference some good ole fashioned out door fun can do! Come get your hands dirty on the farm.

Online curriculum materials for you to share with your students either before or after a visit to our farm.
What To Wear
Please stress to the students the importance of of dressing properly, they may need to wear boots, coats, hats or gloves. We would greatly appreciate it if you had each child identified by the school with either a school name tag or t-shirt with name of the school
Cancelation Policy
Roca Berry Farm reserves the right to cancel all trips due to inclimate weather. We will do our best to reschedule your reservation for a time that works for you! Please call (402) 421-2933 if it is raining on your date
