We love hosting groups large and small for employee and customer appreciation events, corporate outings, team-building exercises and more. Booking a company event secures money off admission prices for groups of 15 or more attendees.
Whether you are interested in renting our venue out for a private event, attending on a public night as a group, or simply getting a discount code to share with your employees, we look forward to providing an option to best meet your needs.
Discount & Custom Tickets
We offer custom tickets for your group, valid for a specific month or a single chosen day.
Companies can distribute them in advance, or we can provide general admission tickets for your staff to hand out on-site. Unused tickets will be reimbursed. For smaller groups, you can purchase tickets online and when you reach 15 or more in your cart, the discount will automatically apply.
Pioneer Barn
Looking for an event space complete with private restrooms and air conditioning? Our Pioneer Barn has space for up to 250 guests, a patio firepit and access to the Beer Garden. Companies also get an on-site event coordinator, catering options from Roca Berry Farm or your own vendor, and more.
Rentals start at $600 for 4 hours (9am–1pm or 2pm–6pm), with additional time at $100/hr up to 10pm.
Other Event Spaces
Looking for a private party space? Rent our Open Air Pavilion, available on weekends!
Includes:
- Space for up to 100 guests with picnic tables
- Catering available from Roca Berry Farm or your own vendor
- Minimum group size: 50 guests
Rental Details:
- $250 (for 2 hours time blocks shown below)
- 9am - 11am
- 11:30am - 1:30pm
- 2pm - 4pm
- 4:30pm - 6:30pm
No refunds for weather, but we’ll help reschedule if possible.
